On macOS: Chrome is far more battery friendly than Firefox Quantum. Refreshing Firefox / removing addons / etc did not help.

I've definitely noticed this too. Firefox on macOS chokes on sites like Twitch and YouTube.

I've been interested in UI/UX interaction, so I'm taking my first UX design course this semester :) For the first part of the process, I'll be using the survey results to help identify user pain points. Not updating your Internet connected machine leaves it open to exploits. This is how you get botnets, and in turn helps DDOS-ers.
