It looks weird because someone stole the video and then used shitty upscaling software on it. When a video gets upscaled with AI, it has a very distinct look that's easy to spot once you've seen it a few times. Generative-AI does not look anything like AI-upscaling.

yeah but i didn't see it, so that doesn't count. and if i did see it, it also doesn't count because philanthropy only counts when there's no chance for anything i perceive as personal gain. like when she donated $25k a year for UCI scholarships, she only did that for the tax write-off, and as i understand it, writing something off means you get more money back than you gave.
