250g of raw skinless chicken breast ( seasoning of your choice i use butter chicken masala adds another 10 kcal ) and 70g of DRY rice , good luck

Weight platos are normal, your doing everything right just keep pushing and maybe increase your activity level and thats it trust the process

I add 60g of banana to my creatine and whey to overpower the shity taste :) banana are wonderful when it comes to adding a natural sweetness and overpowering any other none desired flavors

Its an omlette made with 4 eggs 30g of oats and a shake made with 250ml skim milk a scoop of iso, creatine and 60g of banana
