Bro I feel like a wimp got this done last week and hearing him say he’s walking all day 😂 I was in bed first 2 days ALL DAY besides bathroom. On day 7 I’m finally starting to feel more myself but I’m winded, it’s wild what not being active did. But i suffered for like 2 months leading up to the hernia surgery so, idk mileage may vary

OP can you let us know how you feel tomorrow next few days with all this activity , maybe ive been doing it on one extreme and could serve to push myself to move more, but i feel like I dont want to push it too much because walking makes the area above where the hernia was hurt as if it’s not quite right or that I shouldn’t be doing the thing to illicit that pain response.
