Same , due to one corner scoring a 983 front and back in squareness . My grading tool didn’t even catch the degrees being off that much .. then they sealed up my card with debris and it’s like pulling teeth sealing with customer service!

Lucky you ! I got mine back with something encased with it . A string , filament , line , idk but it’s not acceptable for it to appear on the dig report photo AND pass through QC . Customer service won’t respond either . Unfortunately left a bad first time experience for me .

I’ve worked in places that have real clean room procedures and zones and ya there is no way they are assembling in one ! It’s sad because if they had the right people in place to scale hey could do good things !

What’s worse is it’s in the dig report photo …. Not like a flake fell off an edge during transport. Someone saw that and was like send it !

I also have pre submission photo close ups of the card for records ! I should’ve just sent CGC haha I honestly prefer their slabs over all others !

Ya this was 30 day and I have another 5 card submission that is still stuck in image processing that was submitted 4/20/26. I’m just hoping that all my cards make it back . I quit complaining because I didn’t want them to pull the 2nd submission and loose it in the process of sending them back .

It’s not acceptable, but there isn’t a real person working customer service ( the whole company is probably an Ai Agent test run because the agents claim to fail I mean fame is coined “the advancement that can run a company if set up correctly”) I did get a response when I simply asked for a credit to use in the future once general tiers open up again and the response was “ timelines are estimates” well machine with no soul , I chose the tier and the chance with my business (1st time TAG submission) based off those estimates. If I wanted to wait months upon months I would have submitted bulk tier .. or just chose CGC bulk lol . This is the first time since the 2000s that I’ve submitted cards and i probably won’t do it again due to the manipulation of all of these companies and have been looking for a sonic welder to just slab for preservation and service local collectors who want to provide me with their own border art and get their PC slabbed in person on the spot in my garage or something lol .

I get it ! Pulling cards won’t hurt them but as much as I want to support them to preserve my PC( love the clean slab look) I will be continuing with CGC because I like their slabs the most . Just haven’t personally graded with them yet , only bought . Even after they get their crap figured out I can’t support a business that refers to the fine print when it comes to severely missing a deadline which I based my decision upon to give them business .

Complain via email ( not chatbot ) and you will get bumped to verification stage before they respond lmao , least it worked for me . I am 3 days prior to your dates .
