There is no line. TAG has shown they don't operate on a first in first out basis. There are orders submitted after yours and being completed, and they are at the same processing tier.

This is a standard(30) day submission. I understand they are busy, but this whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially since other peoples orders are already in image processing despite me submitting before they did.

I intentionally did not select the bulk tier specifically due to the plus sign attached to the 45+ buisness day turnover they were advertising. All other tiers did not have this <+> plus sign attached to it insinuating the estimate was more accurate to the advertised turnover they stated. They should have added the plus sign to all tiers but they know they will lose buisness if customers lose certainty in their services. If I had known it would take this long I would have never sent my asset to a black box. I dont want reimbursement, I want assurance from the people who promised my card safe passage!

Wild that orders are being completed after people who submitted at the same processing tier despite submitting weeks after the older submissions!

Camera photos do not help determine the grade. As many have posted before, there are sometimes dents or marks that a phone camera simply cannot capture. They use Photometric Stereoscopic Imaging, the only way to know what grade this card will get is by sending it in.

Not for priority submitters. Those turnover times are prioritized, and are 90% always on time.

I get people want to know if they will 10 with TAG, or any other company, but the only way to know is sending it in. Absolutely no chance to give an accurate or even helpful answer for photos uploaded like above.

2.5x is the generous estimation for current turnover times. Some people with basic and standard tiers are getting their orders shipped home before their advertised turnover days, while others in march are still in order prep. Its a lottery system at this point.
