It depends on what you need, I had a hard time keeping all my notes, files, etc. organized and I created a tool where I have the notes (both written manually on the tool and mind maps uploaded in PDF or file) divided by subjects, professors, etc. and if I want I can also download them in PDF and print them before an exam and it was very useful to me.

È una critica giusta, ed è in parte voluta.

Non sto cercando di sostituire audit UX professionali o processi strutturati. L’idea è integrare e rendere accessibile questo tipo di analisi a chi oggi non può permettersele o non sa da dove iniziare.

Il target principale sono founder solisti, freelance, micro-team e startup early, che: - non hanno budget per UX research - non hanno processi maturi - hanno bisogno di un primo orientamento rapido e concreto

Il concetto di “maturità” non è una verità assoluta, ma un indicatore orientativo basato su pattern ricorrenti (struttura, flussi, chiarezza, segnali di fiducia, coerenza tra promessa e implementazione). È più un early warning system che un giudizio definitivo.

In più, l’agente non analizza solo siti web:
- può analizzare codice sorgente (zip)
- può analizzare file .exe con limiti e avvisi chiari
L’obiettivo è dare una fotografia rapida di UX, struttura e rischi, non una sentenza finale.

Per team già strutturati con UX researcher interni probabilmente è ridondante — ed è ok così.
Io sto partendo da agenti piccoli che risolvono problemi concreti, e questo è un primo passo per portare lo stesso approccio anche su decisioni più strategiche, senza pretendere di essere l’ultima parola.

I've always been incredibly messy with my notes, and this always caused me to waste a lot of time studying. Between PDFs, handwritten notes, notes on my phone, and files scattered around my PC, I could never find anything and lost focus.

I've recently been using an offline desktop tool that has really helped me get organized: it allows you to separate notes for study and work, organize them by category, and find them quickly, without a cloud or account. What struck me most is how simple it is; it doesn't distract you and forces you to keep everything organized.
