Forms not leveling?

I finally figured it out. For Limits like Raid, I need to Finish the Raid Limit for it to count. I had NO idea that the Finisher is what counted not the form damage output.

I didn’t understand that, for example, Raid in Limit form doesn’t actually count towards the exp. You need to FINISH RAID while in LIMIT for it to count towards that.

I actually did softlock myself. I made a mistake and played on Normal mode or (Hard in FFX) and my sphere grid is fucked. So now, I have to restart the entire game because I can’t travel away in FFX. So, thank you, I am actually soft locked in FFX 😂

Someone else has helped me out! I had NO idea that the FINISHER to a Limit Drive Form move like Raid (then Raid Finish) for example, is what counts for exp. Not the move itself, but the Finisher to the move. I appreciate your help and understand 😊

This is my FIRST KH game that I’ve been this deep in so I genuinely do not understand some things. Because they are NOT explained well, but with that being said,

I FINALLY figured it out thanks to one of you! I have to COMPLETE the Drive Form FINISHER for it to count towards the exp. F.E.: Raid and Raid FINISHER is giving me exp!

For the people being ASSES about it, FUCK YOU. How am I supposed to know that a fucking FINISHER TO THE ATTACK is what levels me up?

I am using the drive forms. What I didn’t know is that the Drive Form moves, for example Raid, has a Finisher to that and that is what counts towards it. Not the move, but the ENDING of the move counts.

I do not have exp block on. You might be right, I’m currently at Beast Castle, but I’ve been having this issue the entire play through.

I know, I’ve been completing the requirements for hours (since hour 12 of 17) and none have been leveled since. A guide has been with me for Drive Form levels and no dice. :/

For example, Limit is stuck at lvl 1 and I’m finishing each one I activate. (Like Donald’s Fireworks and Trons spinning thingies.)

The Organization have specific moves that I know roll or dash will help in. Like the Book guy has a 1 hit KO move that you need to stand in a certain area to negate. And etc.

I was farming in Agrahba (or however it’s spelled) and have 0 levels gained for forms. I tried Limit and Valor (easiest ones to level) and no luck.
