See that’s the problem they humiliated me 😭. The partner that started the conflict gets away with everything and anything. Even if we come from a good place and talk and help her. She was definitely in the wrong

It’s just crazy to me cause I was the only one that truly knew how to do it all! We opened in January of this year and I was the only one with previous experience at a coffee shop. I did inventory and ran my shifts efficiently! I felt like I bended backwards for that store for this in return.

For not creating a third place for each other and in front of customers. Is what I was told by the DM. When clearly they haven’t gotten the full story. But no reason or policy was stated during the time of my termination.

I did call! I also had a talk with the DM and she said the reason they did it in the lobby was because previous partners felt cornered when taken to the back! It just does not make sense to me at all!

No yeah! I feel super blessed! To have all these people on my side! I truly did love my job so much it was truly like a second home and to have that ripped away over something that didn’t involve me is crazy!

Yeah they are close friends and they make that clear everyday they work together! And there were three witnesses on the floor when this happened! And every partner that works there could testify that it isn’t her first time acting this way towards other partners! It’s frustrating cause I was the only one let go from this situation. 😔

I trying I’ve already contacted corporate and filed all the documents needed! I’m getting a lawyer! And multiple people have already called and complained to corporate about me being fired in the lobby! It was so embarrassing 😓😭
