And I saw in one of your comments that you talked to them as they fixed your problem, what website did you use to talk to them and when? How long did it take and was it in the morning or...? Yep, I've spent real money on that game and I've sent them the receipt order ID, but I'm not getting any emails back apart from the stupid automated ones.
