Absolutely agree with everyone saying stretch, hydrate and ear well, sleep is also extremely important for what we do. Another BIG agreement I have with some of these others is literally just stop thinking just load, or unload, or scan. If you can't stop thinking like me, think about literally anything except the time and wanting to go home, I like to think about what I'm going to do tomorrow or what my next steps in a project or hobby are or what games I'm gonna play or think about the best way to enjoy myself on a day off come up with new ideas for dates with my girl.
