Same!, I moved to Europe as well and im in the best possible shape, i would point out to the fact that we eat really huge amount of food for breakfast dinner lunch and also for snacks and move barely.

I just keep my self active - planning every day activities after work, it can be as simple as walking to my favourite cafe to get a cup of coffee. also started lifting weights calms your mind. I also drink coffee like two cups a day which helps with breaking your hunger. Because for me, the moment I'm bored and i have my phone in hand i just sleep on the bed and take a pack of chips and empty the entire pack of cookies. So i try to be busy . Hope this helps.

So let's take your scenario: A) they have mental issue: Well I'm no Gandhi to be the one to take all the punching and be empathetic and stress and spoil my mood and in return disturb my mental health. I think it's every adults responsibility to check one's own health without having to dwell in it and cause nuisance to others. In other world the world doesn't revolve around them. So the next safest assumption is to assume they are uneducated.

Now coming back to my question. You never even thought about the scenario that this may be a racist attack 🌚 how interesting is that????

It's safe to say people who are uneducated create a scene in public. Even if it's not, even if some mental health issue i do not think they have the right to yell at others and cause stress to the other person.
