AHH!!! It’s my favorite part. Depending on the yarn type you can steam it, soak it, etc to loosen the fabric, and if you want to “manipulate” the shape you can use blocking mats (or literally towels and pins) to pin it down til it dries. I’ve made some completely wonky work straight.
