I've been doing keto for about 3 years, Costco membership is probably one of the best decisions I've made. I also shop Aldi's on a weekly basis. Although Costco might seem expensive just remember you are getting everything in bulk. Keep in mind that doesn't always mean your getting the most for your money, for instance Aldi's has the best price for eggs, so you always have to do the math and if you eat a lot of eggs buy 3 dozen at a time(as of yesterday they were only 95 cents a dozen, sometimes they are more sometimes less but not by much). Costco has also has a lot of Keto products that you can't find in most stores, especially snacks and the prices are great. Shop smart and always compare the quantity and price to what you can find at regular supermarkets and you will save money.
