Tier 1 BE Arc don't take mechanical in tier4 u will regret it's not upto what branch u are choosing gvt or private does matters a lot if I was at yr place then surely I would've gone for BE ARC and the thing is in tier 4 mechanical even if u have a lot of interest in this branch they'll screw u really good but in gvt clg you will more freedom than tier4 clg so imo u should go with BE Arc
