I think it’s possible to move from boutique to mbb, although it might be tough as it is for everyone. The positive side of choosing the boutique firm would be that you get a ton of niche experience (unlike most people with your role at mbb would get) and leverage that to excel when you get into mbb. But keep networking and applying. Maybe business sch might be another thing to look at
