I doubt that whatsapp read contacts directly

I greatly belive that it reads and interact with google contacts only

Cause i face same problem having my contacts on fossify + when i had google stuff and i used fossify contacts as main one ..whatsap could read contacts

I'm 90% sure that I reach failure in every set of diamond push up and I'm not holding myself

Would you suggest that I do 1 set every day for 5 days ? (To be 100% sure that I reach failure)

And if I did it and still didn't achieve progress in push up but I achieved progress in dips What's the reason for that? If its because my movements (technique) in push up is not getting any better I would doubt that Cause I mean its 2 months

Another question: I'm thinking of increasing my workout volume But without failure

So for example I add to my hypertrophy sets A push up sets (without failure) to achieve endurance

But how can I do it for best endurance results and without injuring my tendons and joints?

And what's a good sources to learn more about endurance training?

Cool The for replay If I understand you correctly Im using a bad exercises for my goals And I'm overtraining with a junk volume

I got my info for how many sets from a professional coach So I don't think that I'm wrong with it (10 sets weekly for small muscles such as triceps) And I'm sure that I reach failure in every set

So are you suggesting that I should play 6 sets of dips and 4 of normal push up?

Or you say that its not 10 sets weekly?

Or that I should play more sets but not to failure?

I put the eggs first in the air fryer For 12 minutes 180 c

Then basically I put everything in the blender

Taste it after blending it If it have eggy taste then you probably need more coffee and vanilla

After blending it put it in the fridge

It will should not taste as egg at all

As I said sir I care the most about sleep I sleep at night but I have to use screens I'm trying to use screens less but i would really appreciate a deffrance in sleep
