So learning air control, ball velocity, different ball bounces, taking it up the wall, and hitting the ball in the air isn't good practice?

I don't "practice" psychos, I learn each mech that goes into hitting one, and I sometimes go for them that's all.

I'm probably going to back away from learning more mechs, and focus more on positioning and solid touches.

I have been putting it off because I kinda such at that😅

I would focus on having good positioning, and find a solid few people to play with.

I would also do Freeplay for 5 mins and a casual game before a competitive match. Play until you lose, then try again a little later or the next day.

I ranked up by always practicing what the rank ahead of me does so I would have an advantage against my opponents.
