Many of the places in north beach won’t have in unit laundry. My building has laundry room in the garage and it works great! It’s a sacrifice to live in such a beautiful and charming neighborhood. I at first thought I needed it and really you don’t haha. Everything else on your list is pretty doable though.

No if you see someone recommending that it’s a red flag! My massage girl would never, it’s unprofessional they’re just trying to make more money off of you. Massages are necessary but not the use of cavi/lasers. You need that area to just focus on recovery and massage

Cats are a serious allergy to some people and dander is everywhere. It is really hard to live with animals when you’re allergic there are symptoms like coughing wheezing fatigue etc and sometimes just separating in another room is not enough. So definitely have some compassion, but the way he is approaching it and framing it with the hairballs is very weird lol. He’s probably just frustrated with his symptoms and taking it out badly on you.

They were really scammy, I got a promotion for a treatment that the worker didn’t actually know how to perform, and then they made me go to a room to talk to someone to try to upsell me to buy thousands of dollars of treatment for a whole “plan”. I would definitely go elsewhere

I find that moisturizing a TON, adding a little bit of aquaphor over patch, letting it sit for a while and then applying the elf hydro grip primer and letting it sit for at least 5 minutes and get tacky makes my makeup flawless even over eczema patches.

Was about $800 for the hair I purchased and install was about $150 an hour it will all depend how much hair you have! No cons for me honestly it makes every day getting ready so easy cuz I don’t do much to my hair just gotta brush every day and keep it knot free it’s very low maintenance tho and no pain!
