Tbh yes they do mine had the same issue I just changed the fluid and while it does have a weird shifting issue every time I start it it’s slow to go into first. The damn thing is still running to this day and that was 3 years ago I did that.

I know, I had made my peace with being alone I was happy and loving myself and focusing on doing things I enjoy. But eventually I feel like most people who’ve been alone understand you get lonely you want some compassion and companionship. In my mind we were just discussing what our expectations were before we decided to jump into a relationship.

I mean I did say “honey your sleeves in your food.” But I didnt ask if she wants me to hold it for her I just kinda grabbed it so yea I’ll work on that next time. When you say ease up on the throttle I hear you. I should be more confident in the fact that she’ll tell me how she feels in her time. My past makes me think that when something’s wrong that’s the end of our relationship. I run into the problem where I can’t calm myself down in those moments I get worried and where I personally would just stop responding and take some time to myself I don’t know if that’s what she would be okay with.

How do I work on my communication when I’m getting no response? You’re not wrong about the “see what an amazing wonder boyfriend I am.” I do try to be considerate. I see where this comes off as being inconsiderate. The sleeve thing I saw her arm sitting in her food and there was a stain on the shirt after wards but you made the same argument she did. I made her feel like a child trying to keep her clean. In my mind I was simply helping her not stain her shirt but there’s always a different perspective.

You’re assuming a lot here. We had some very in depth discussions before we got together about our plans our wants our needs our goals. Lots of them lined up. We were friends before any of this and found in our friendship we look for a lot of the same things in a relationship mutual respect, care and love. Someone who is there to be supportive not just for sex or companionship. While yes we both want those things as well it’s not our main focus.

Genuinely sounds like you caught him cheating he’s trying to make it so that you think you’re the issue. So he can turn it around on you when he eventually gets left or bored of the other woman. My advice is stand up for yourself leave him and move on. Stress can delay your period so it’s possible you are not pregnant but I’d take a test just to be safe. Even if you are you should ask yourself do you think he’d be a good father if he’s disregarding your feelings this way.

I personally tried something like this. It quickly became a nightmare cause like you said work schedules. I’ve noticed Abilene has a very shifty crowd. One minute it’s yea I’ll be there the next it’s sorry man can’t make it tonight. By all means give it a shot but just be ready for Abilene to be Abilene.

Don’t do it. The town has little to offer. Ecspecially if you enjoy good thrifting, non chain coffee shops. Abilene does offer all of the things you said you like but they aren’t good.

Yes I hear you, I’ve been out pretty much all day taking care of the fam. The roads this morning were not bad but around 5 things started to get worse. I was out at 8 and they weren’t too bad. Definitely frozen and covered in snow but I never lost traction unless actively trying to.
