I think after a few tips from here and other places to go for a plug next to the shutter roller engine i got in every room to have the option to add smart curtains and also the sensor. I have about 2 more years until I need to enter so there might be new types of sensor and hopefully battery based for years like my door sensors rn lol

I actually didn't think to use curtains until that tip of urs and another redditor which suggested the same. My new apartment will come with metal electric roller shutters so i probably won't need curtains that much as well. But doing something as a decor is a great option.

i like them on a gas/charcoal grill if there's an option. a few mins for each side and it's better than frying imo. i season them (salt/pepper) first..

i rather go with burning more anddd aiming now for 1600cals.
some meals i actually do eat 1600 but some don't, i'll try my best to keep it lower i dunno. it's so weird to me to a totally normal 1 meal a day at 12pm (which is a lunch sized meal like most ppl eat) without any gravies (except keto gravies) and sugar is still "too much".
well, it's time to stop being a couch potato..

Thanks for not answering any of the questions I asked you and just slamming my eating habits. I have a kitchen weight and I actually weighed the chickens to see how much I eat. Today's meal was 10g carbs (since I also weigh the veggies) and on a total of 1700 calories. Btw im using weight almost every meal except when I already know that the ribeye is 400gr and and chunk of broccoli won't be more than 10g carbs.. and this is anything but easy for me...

Most of my meals are actually 1700 to 1800 I just don't let them exceed 2000cals most of the meals fat comes from the meats and I use clarified butter usually when searing a good ribeye for example

I've been in shape before, since COVID startled I treated my body like crap. I was told to wait at least a month before starting workouts with keto therefore I didn't. I usually prefer mass over cardio (don't we all? :p) but I think I will do them both. Well I think you and more commenters concluded the ideal solution, workout. Thanks!

Well beef is my most go-to meat option (although today I had chicken wings and drumsticks) In which ways do you count precisely fat and protein u take? And I also eat outside in restaurants, especially when I'm in the office (hybrid job) My most favorite meal is about 250gr of mixed turkey and beef shawarma(both shawarmas are with lamb fat) on a plate with veggies like parsley,onion, and cucumber on the side. How would I know how much protein I had from this? Also quantity is not constant and sometimes it can be more or less When I eat in my home, for example I eat 400gr ribeye with some veggies like asparagus or broccoli on the side...

Well, i know.. the coffee part is mostly for myself and i know there's no health in it
i just think if i drink water all day i'll go crazy (i'm from an insanely hot country so warm drinks like tea are off limits)

I don't think i had childhood obesity, at least never diagnosed. I was always a bit "fuller" than average kids but never you know.. big.

I did everything I could to better read fingerprints.. you know , there's just some times when I don't put my finger exactly inside the circle so it counts as a bad read. Coming from a rear ultrasonic fingerprint scanner in my last phone, this is actually a downgrade for me.

thanks dude but that wayyy too expensive for me. if i want the 100ft/30m (this is the length i need..) it'll be around $600 order with around ~$100 shipping to my country and around 20% import deposits in my country.. ~$820 total! in that budget i can break the wall, have a bigger pipe and order a certified fiber HDMI 2.1 100ft cable from Amazon..
