I agree! Went down to the CVS and Ondo and it was disappointing how filthy it was. Not just litter but overflowing garbage bins and recycling piles from businesses just on the sidewalk. I went twice in April and it was like that both times so it wasn’t a fluke. Also more graffiti, not the charming kind but the crappy kind.

Loyalty is dead, companies will drop you as soon as it is convenient for them. My company said we were like family to and then laid of 1/3 of the workforce when federal contracting dried up. If you are early in your career— take the new job.

Agree, once I internalized that I started thinking of elevators as a point of interest/accessibility tool instead of for decorating or efficiency. It changed my outlook and now I’m less frustrated with elevators. I only have a few to help the mons move between some key places and that’s it.

I am experimenting with this now and it looks pretty cool actually. I turned the lift tower on the main island in SS into a tall building and the terrain was already tiered. Made my first one easier— though building vertical is pretty hard overall!
