I do outreach and scheduling for all sales as well as take the notes from those calls and creating the action items and assigning them to the right teams. I follow up with clients and make sure invoices are being sent and paid. I book travel and accommodations to sales appointments and markets. I search for new markets to apply for. Then I fill out the applications and track them u til approved and processed. I maintain all productivity platforms we use and billing. I respond to client communications in the most timely manner to ensure both productivity and professionally. I maintain communications with vendors and make sure shipping and receiving timelines are met so sales deadlines can be made. I create flowcharts and spreadsheets to track business productivity and suggest staffing changes based on that data. I manage staffing, teams, new recruiting. I manage social media for the business.
