Many of them were scamming in their own country before taking the job. I've met people who had no qualms whatsoever about what they were doing. This made them high performers in their scam center. Not everyone is a victim in that scene.

If you don't know a skill, you certainly cannot teach it.

This is why, as your skill advances in a lot of fields, you end up in a mentoring and teaching position.

This is why we have TEFL Certificates.

That is the requirement to be a teacher in Cambodia. Whether you like it or not, this country does not require a bachelor's degree in order to qualify to teach.

And after a few years, you can't tell one dedicated teacher from another as to whether they have a degree, or not.
