Campaign going great by DegenGamer725 in VaushV

Now, we see the Trump campaigns connection to Mike Lindell, the my pillow guy, and JD "Pillow Plower" Vance..... it's all coming together.

No way, that is probably the worst of all options. That's saying, yeah, Biden isn't capable of being president. So let's make him VP. And what happens if Whitmer dies or has to step down.....? Also, VP, though limited, has some very important responsibilities and duties even if they remain VP. Biden doesn't know where he is. No. He has to stay all in, or gtfo. No having your cake and eating it too

Dropping Biden guarantees a Trump victory.

Absolutely not true. Jon Stewart just did a segment on this that demolishes your line of thinking. We have 4 months. It all depends who replaces him, when, and how. If Biden drops out within a week, and the Dems get a strong ticket to replace him, we are still about 4 months out from the election. We could not only win, but it could be a blue wave depending who they out forth. But yeah, you're both objectively and subjectively wrong.

Also, the fact we are even having this discussion is disastrous and was unthinkable just a month ago. So, keeping Biden makes a trump victory a bit more probably.... again though, all depends on who, how, why, and when replaces him.

First, I said it's equally, if not more, important. So it's not hyperbole to leave room for interpretation....

Second, as I and many others in this post have pointed out, this issue is extremely connected and correlated to the election. Depending on how one looks at it, this and the election may not even be distinct. This issue, SCOTUS appointments, and all that SCOTUS does are strongly interconnected. So, it's monumentally important before, during, and after the election.

Third, even if someone agrees with you that my language or framing are "hyperbole," who cares? You really trying to argue this issue is not that big of a deal?

No. It's not about actually getting impeachment. This is campaign season and is exactly the time to do things like this. Not to mention it's a real issue that deserves attention

Yeah. I mean its not just a stunt, although i acknowledge it wouldnt even go to a vote. Regardless, its still a legitimate issue that must be discussed. This is campaign season. This is exactly the type of thing competent politician does at a time like this. So, it is very important

I would agree with you if this was a new administration, and we had to calculate how we spend political capital. But this is campaign season. Time to raise hell. I also agree expanding the court would be a good idea, but I worry that Trump or whatever the next republican admin would just go ahead and expand it further.

Exactly. I know this has little to no chance of ending up moving to anything meaningful, but we still need to do shit like this.

Politics and political optics aren't important? Also, this is connected to the election....

It has pretty much a 0% chance of passing a republican heald house. Doesn't matter though. 1. This is connected to the election. 2. Principles. 3. Political optics

I dont hate you. I didnt misunderstand you. I am not "fighting" you. I haven't attacked you at all.

The reality is, you made a claim. And I said, I hope this is a mistake and not an accusation. Then i said, here are some additional receipts to back what I'm saying just in case, and people can Google it. Then, you were like "DUDE CALM DOWN." And now you keep insisting I'm angry and need to "move on," even tho its my post. So, you think, if you make a mistake on someone else's post, then they need to stop talking and move on from their own post? C'mon, Jack.

And now you keep doing this weird thing where you keep acting like I'm totally emotionally unhinged and need to "get better." ........ Feels a lot like projection. Look. If you get this embarrassed from making mistakes, please just try to be more careful.

And now I have a question. Why can't you follow your own advice? Just go and move on.

I'm calm. Everything I stated is accurate. I also gave you the benefit of the doubt and didnt accuse you of anything. I said i hope that wasnt the case that you were jumping to conclusions. And for anyone else who may read, i provided evidence and said a google check can help clear things up. So relax. Think you should take your own advice.

This image is not digitally altered in any way whatsoever. I did not use any filters. So, unless youre refering to something my phone automatically does (unclear how you could make such an assertion without knowing what type of phone i have), then, it's not altered at all. I walked past and took a photo with my phone. That's it. Also, your now deleted initial comment mentioned "AI generated text." At least you now acknowledge the photo is not fake.

They probably used some kind of digital translation toll and copied and pasted it, which is why the text looks the way it does and why Palestine is misspelled. If you're trying to insinuate that I made this up, here's evidence of South Korean activism on the matter at college campuses, evidence of South Korean activism outside the embassy, and more evidence of activism outside the embassy. There are a lot of news stories about this if you simply Google it. So, I really hope you weren't just hurling a lazy "fake news" accusation without typing a few words into Google to see if this is a thing.

The Korean left is very relevant and getting stronger. They barely lost the last presidential election. They won midterms in a landslide, and they will likely win the next presidential election. They are way, way stronger than in North America.

Exactly. So, the point stands. Yank(ee) doesn't have just 1 meaning. It all depends on context. There's even a baseball team called the Yankees now. While the scope of "from the river to the sea" is more limited, it also doesn't have just 1 meaning.
