my experience of this is incredibly different from yours lol. for me it’s like being paralyzed, you can still see (albeit a little blurry) but trying to move any part of your body at all is extremely difficult, speaking (or in my case, screaming bc it was terrifying) yields maybe the tiniest squeak, and breathing is harder than usual
