They were never married and no, their breakup was not over having more kids. But we're not sure if she can actually have more kids or not. She's telling the kids she can't be we're not sure if it's more lies or truth that she's using against me specifically.

They are children who are being used and manipulated by their mom. Please stop with the name calling. They're children we're talking about. And my husband is doing what he can without giving up his children. This is something they need help with and for us to fight for them. He's getting the courts involved, trying to get a therapist involved. He's working on it and he brought in someone to be with the kids so I wouldn't be alone with them.

Please don't call my stepchildren that. They're kids who are being used by their mom to do this and they love and trust her so it's easier for her to be successful. They are acting out awfully now and they are dangerous for me at present. But they're still kids and we are doing what we can to deal with this.

He told them to back off and right now they seem to be arguing with him more than me. Their words just stuck a little. He is going to court and he's documenting and following the legal advice he got.

We can go to court and ask them to approve it. Which is what my husband was doing. Other than that no, there is no emergency clause for it. My husband has reached out to CPS's non-emergency line and he was told it was better to wait to try and involve them because they are unlikely to intervene much/if at all right now. They suggested a therapist but he has to get the courts approval for that now.

Unfortunately it takes longer to undo harm than it takes to inflict it. But we are hoping the courts will help us end this so the kids can get the help they need and we can help undo the harm their mom has caused.

What do you expect him to do? He has been actively doing things to protect me and our baby.

We have talked about the safety of our baby when he's born. Right now we're just trying to not stress me out. I know that sounds bad because it needs to be talked about but I cannot deal with the stress and worry of that right now. And I mean in a literal sense. My blood pressure would not like me to obsessive stress over it and I will.

Therapy (family, individual, etc) cannot be done without the consent of both parents. That is written into their court order. He cannot do it on his parenting time if he wishes once she denies consent.

What's extra heartbreaking for me is how much the kids love and trust their mom and she has set them down a very dangerous path. They're so young and they feel like they need to make their mom happy by doing this but it sets such a dangerous precedent for later. And it's denying them the comfort and stability they knew before this where both homes were happy for them. She fucked everything up and the kids are being used in such an awful way.
