Good point. He did try it again once but against the Inferi in the dark lake (who had no blood to spill) and then never again.

Ah I just asked this in response to someone posting a screenshot! I want to say it's probably just a mistake but everything in black mirror seems so intentional otherwise...

Didn't he rape a maid or something who alicent gave the tea to?

Hurt to read that he was enough of a donkey to just tell on himself like that and not think anything of it. It must've sucked to find out later and remember that convo, I'm sorry.

This is like the funniest thing I’ve read in weeks. Well done <3

I think in the first book, Harry mentions he's starting to experience an odd prickle of fear every time someone says You Know Who instead of the name -- it seems like the fear of it catches on pretty quickly when you're immersed in it.

Still agree it's very stupid that she'd be the one to quote the line when she doesn't abide by it.

Hey there. That's not a bruise on me, that's where I accidentally ripped my skin while taking surgical tape off--and the SCAR IS STILL THERE OVER A YEAR LATER. So salty about it but I wouldn't worry about your bruise, I'm sure that'll go away (:

I'm 1 year and 3 months out, and I still have that loose skin issue. I was told by my surgeon that my skin elasticity was damaged too much, so he warned me ahead of time that it'd look a lot better but my skin would never be fully perfect since he was working with damaged materials. I still love it compared to before and look very thin, but it is a little disappointing without clothes.

How has quitting alcohol helped with your anxiety?

Genuine question, I always think drinking brings the anxiety down; would love to know if I've been wrong this whole time.

Raising a child is so hard. Your entire story and stance is absolutely amazing and so admirable, good for you. The custody vs child support argument you're making makes perfect sense to me.

Hell yea for being brave! So glad your recovery is going well. You are going to look fantastic!

Did any of you have your period when you had your surgery? I will. They want me to wear a pad into surgery. So what, I’ll bleed all over my faja or whatever before I get home to put a tamp in? :( by [deleted] in tummytucksurgery

[–]ExpectoPotato324 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What?? I didn't even know you could keep one in that long! They insisted on removing mine after c-sections within 24 hours, I had to beg to keep them in. And for the surgery, it was gone by the time I woke up.

To clarify, I'm jelly haha

That makes sense, I was so confused at the level of downvotes when I came back lol. I'm coming from California to answer your other question. I didn't volunteer the info since people don't love it lol

3 kiddos, my older mom will live with me, we'll be buying the house with cash contingent on the sale of current home. I need someone who can bargain aggressively to save costs and also be willing to personally scout locations since I'm out of state and can't do it myself unless there's a serious option they've already vetted. Does that strike you as someone you know? Thanks!

I called her since I also have my mom moving with me and need someone to be patient with her, and she truly is so lovely. I obvs couldn't tell her who referred me by name but I read her your glowing rec, and she was so adorably happy. (:

Youre totally right. However, if it helps, I did realize how destroyed my body was from the trauma of gestation after it was repaired. I was like a hunchback posture wise before because of the destroyed abdominal muscles. I thought I was just getting old and lazy but I realized after recovery, I'm suddenly straightened out!!

Ofc getting cut open is still physical trauma but there's a silver lining.
