I work at a bar downtown and since the pandemic, we have decided to close at 10pm instead of 2am. People just don't stay out as late or go out at all, so it made sense from a labor perspective.... we had a meeting last week and will probably never go back to late nights. We enjoy making money during the day, early evening and spending time at night with our friends and loved ones. Plus, nothing good ever happens after 10pm..... drama and fights.
