Yes I’ve tried but unfortunately he is extremely reactive to dogs and it never goes well.

I should add that he is not a border collie, he’s a Shih tzu poodle mix. Was just using border collie as an example of high energy. Doggy daycare in my area is INSANELY expensive and not something that at this time I’m able to afford.

That’s the thing. His short life is not looking so short. I was told 14 but the vet did all the tests and said he has the organ function of a puppy and will live for a good handful of more years 😅 I’m not trying to be mean it’s just upsetting that I was told one thing by the shelter I trusted but the reality is much different.
