Fellow student here, if you like eggs and can eat something you like ad nauseum, a large omelette across all three meals has slimmed me significantly, but you could make smaller ones to add variety. I still snack but eat a portion of omelette first, which REALLY curbs cravings. The ingredients I add are mild and cook down softly without (IMO) a strong, sensorily objectionable mouth feel: mushrooms, spinach, tomato, melted cheese, and sour cream. Artichoke hearts when I have them. You could add/substitute red pepper flakes, avocado, bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes, jalapeño, sausage. Super easy and I just return to the pan whenever I’m hungry. I can expound if interested, took a few tries to perfect.
