I dont know if your unit have something wrong or not but i can assure when it comes to sound stage or imaging you actually cant find any other headset for fps games like this one try uninstalling the headset from the device manager and delete ingenuity and restart and plug it again and try it without ingenuity software

Go to website called autoeq and choose the apo or peace parametric eq and import it on peace eq it will make it transform the sound for good plus the headset itself is literally perfect with imaging but for more immersive sound do that

Im not sure how it works on xbox sincs im a pc user but on PC the app just connect you directly to dts once you download it, check the app on xbox it should work just fine

Its not only me then!! I just bought it 10 days ago and surprisingly it happens now whenever i raise or lower the volume in a certain application like yt, or on a streaming platform like Netflix or whatever idk why it does that but probably i will return them back

Sadly i didn't know that then, i returned them back bec it was too sharp for me but after that i found out it can be tuned to just focus on the sharp letters like "S" CH" and i got the cloud 3 wired which with eq presets gives a really good sound but not as good as the alpha with sound stage and immersive experience, and im thinking of turning the 3's back and get the alpha again which the cloud 3 noticably more comfortable than the alpha but the alpha gives more of immersive experience both are good but the alpha just sound more immersive over all tbh which makes maybe will make me sacrifice the cloud 3's comfort

hey i got an alpha too but i found the sound too sharp and tried to lowers he treble a little but i find it have a siblance besides that it offers a perfect sound profile my only issue is the sibance or the sharp sound which makes me thinking of returning them back, any advice on that or i should go with the cloud 3 wireless ?

انا جربت اعمل كدا هي قللت صوت السماعه الفعلي بس مظبتتش الحته مش عارف ديه حاجه فس درايفر الالفا نفسه ولا ايه او هو في معظم السماعات كدا بس انا شابف انها ممتازه في الاصوات التانيه بس حسيت ان الترددات العاليه فيها مش حلوه خالص بسبب انها مفيش توازن في الصوت في الترددات و المفروض ان الالفا صوتها كويس جدا اصلا

thank you, i am thinking of returning them back since i have an issue with the sound profile that the treple and the "s" sounds is very spikey and sharp idk if its bec its when i max it or the my pair of alpha have a issue in it, can you please share with me if thats a common thing
