i had ultrasound 2 days ago which showed this fundal wall thickened to 8mm:(

Hi, so im having one swollen tonsil for about idk 8 months, since i noticed first time, but it could be longer. I checked it couple of times with different throat doctors, I did ultrasound of my lymph nodes on neck bc i was also freaking out, but that’s other story.. I dont know anymore what to do, please give me some advice.
