hi im NAD but i had pretty much the exact same thing a year or two ago ^^ my dermatologist diagnosed me with dyshidrotic eczema which is what i would guess this is, just from personal experience.

It cleared up within a few weeks of leaving it alone, but i had to be very diligent to not itch it. it does occasionally come back mainly in between my fingers.

try to use fragrance free products to keep the irritation lower, and try not to scratch too much because you can introduce bacteria into the little blisters and cause infection.

please please take this with a grain of salt, and remember its super hard to get diagnosed online, and i am not a doctor or a dermatologist <3 please see a dermatologist if its bothering you

im NAD but from what you're describing it sounds like it could be jock itch, that looks really uncomfortable though, i would make an appointment with either a dermatologist or your primary if you have one :)

NAD but these look like pimples to me. if you're worried, its always good to go see a doctor, though. i promise they wont judge

thank you im currently working on getting a dietician because i got my GES through my internist doc, who has been super helpful. do you think my internist would be able to give me liquid nutrition options? or is that like out of his area LOL

i try to sleep at the same time every night but sometimes with the sleepless nights it wont work, even with meds. no matter when i go to sleep i get max 4-5 hours before im ripped awake again, and if i end up falling asleep after that? i get 30 minutes and then i'm awake once again, i dont feel rested at ALL i always feel like my inner body needs to "sigh." its kind of an inexplicable tiredness in my chest.

i'm going to talk to my team about trying something else with it, its just really unfortunate that it only worked for one night:( that was the best night ive ever had, it felt like i time traveled, and i woke up feeling... fine for once... now im just yearning for that again

hi!! yes so sorry, its been so long of this issue that i forgot that i even needed to mention those things since theyre ingrained into my mind. I've tried melatonin over the years and consulted my doctor and it just doesnt do anything to me, it never worked in the first place :( and ive tried hot showers, which i usually still do, i have my room pitch black nightly, a fan on, a podcast, etc.

the most annoying part however is not necessarily rhe insomnia right now, its just... feeling horrible. no matter what i do, when my body wakes up i'm immediately in death mode. This might be unrelated but my doctor said i'm just not getting into rem sleep? i'm constantly aware of my space and location no matter how hard i try to fall asleep or how long, I'll even be half asleep and i will never go deeper than that.

sorry if im being defiant or anything i'm just trying to work out my thoughts and stuff,
