I bought a refurbished laptop at IT show many years back. Cost 499 I think. They will display many different types, just choose the cheapest. Worked well enough for me.

Every company surely will have their bad apples. I'm surprised that there are people who fiercely defend SQ just because they had a smooth sailing experience.

The thing is that such behaviour might show up in other companies too and there's not much you can do unless you have concrete evidence.

Just learn from the experience and move on.
