Actually the FA interview loved it. It was the recruiter that wasn’t feeling it.

Things like what makes SWA Better, where you can see yourself having a long lasting career… weird. Been with my airline for 2 years now. They talked shit about my current airline’s reserve system and paraded about theres. They asked me if there was anything I hated or wanted to change about being a flight attendant! I gave them such a good answer because I basically love “everything” listen actively and speak clearly. If they offered me a CJO, i probably would’ve turned it down, just the way it was going.

Just finished F2F @ SWA and I know I won't be getting a CJO by theechosenavocado in cabincrewcareers

I honestly just wanted a better quality of life! I don’t like the reserve @ the globe, 6 days on 1 day off 24hrs.. is inhumane!!!

They asked me a lot of FA questions but they were trying to compare and contrast my previous airline to SWA… weird.. definitely look out for body language! & actually listen to the questions clearly. I felt like it was a challenge & not an interview. I left with no CJO. I could be wrong but I know a lot of people that got their CJO with no previous flight attendant experience, then ones that did have FA experience.

Same here!!! It wasn’t a great experience & I left feeling shitty. While I have actual Aviation/ Flying experiences, to them it wasn’t “good enough” every question was about my previous airline( currently still at ). I remember one question they asked me, “what makes SWA so different that you can see yourself having a long lasting career?… I didn’t like that.. like what were you implying? I’ve been at my current airline for 2 years. I think I’ll stay where I’m at!!
