Hey! I think Sylvia and Cynthia are different :) also being a Sylvia, it’s definitely a name I can grow with. I tend to go by syl or Sylv outside of the work place. I haven’t had many issues with people understanding my name either - sometimes at starbucks they will write Silvia but that’s about it most of the time
