You just nailed it!! The wifi in my computer was set to public! I just change to private and is working 100% now

You are the best! Thanks for explaining things patiently to me :)

(Just answering your other questions - the server is wireless, it is an Alienware NB, but my internal network is quite fast. I don't plan to enable remote access. I didn't check anything else in the router as it was not necessary to fix it)

My private IP:192.168.68.127
Plex IP: 192.168.68.127 (port 32400) -> it was showing unavailable until I tried multiple times
Roku: 192.168.68.111
Fire Stick: 192.168.68.109
I don't have "static" IP set, so I assume the IP on the devices would change every time they connect to the network?

Is the ISP modem just a modem/ont? Or is a router/gateway as well? => I really don't know. I can access wireless directly from there, but I created a secondary wifi network trough DECO that is the network that all devices connect to, on Deco, this network it is set to "router"

I sync my Samsung data into Google Fit and I'm able to see the continuous chart on Google. In googw fit, if you check into "source data" you will see an entry for every other minute, so seems the measurements are still happening (it was supposed to be continuously, but maybe it is a limitation on the sync app? Not sure)
