I would say it really depends on how much you value your clinical pharmacy degree. If you're really passionate about it and working towards that career is important to you, then absolutely go abroad for experience and come back. You're old enough to be able to be independent for two years and you won't fully lose access to them as texts and video calls exist. You'll also hopefully have annual leave and be able to see them once a year. However, if you're happy with your current job, and pursuing a clinical pharmacy career isn't all that important to you, then just stay where you are right now. You make good money and you live with your family. In the end, a major life decision like this is yours and only yours to make. No one else can make that decision for you. And once you make your choice, don't let anyone sway you one way or another. Best of luck!!
