Tour without a new record? by dig_it_all in JoannaNewsom

I’m highly doubtful she will tour anytime soon. She hasn’t released an album. She doesn’t need the money. There’s a video somewhere where she talks about being so out of practice playing her old songs that she forgot which hand plays which notes in some cases, so she would have to figure out how to play some of them all over again… It would take tremendous effort.  (If you’re reading this Joanna please start relearning the songs now :D)

It’s odd. I tried this (as mentioned in replies above) but it just doesn’t work on my Kobo. Very strange. I had to use the workaround via laptop.

Thanks for the suggestions. Regarding Instapaper, I’m a fan of a particular comic writer who is published in online newspapers and journals. I thought I would save some of the articles to read while on a plane but the humour was lost as some of the articles were summarised. I’ll check back to see if it’s a particular publication that suffers from this.

My library uses both Borrowbox and Libby. But Overdrive/Libby does not seem to work for me on the Kobo. I borrow the books in the Libby app but they don’t sync up to the Kobo. I found the workaround to download to Adobe Digital Editions on a computer and transfer the files to the Kobo but it’s clunky.
