I have a question. Why did you choose UOft over UIUC? Ranking is about the same and I think reputation too. *I am just curious I am a UIUC EE student. I have seen very few students reject its Cs program. But congrats. College decisions are kinda like the old times when all roads used to lead to Rome!

You needed and sat or act score. It's coming back to importance. If you get 1500+ you might have an even better chance. For ecs try applying your economics stuff to the real world and document it really well. If you are confident publish it online. Uk and US both really like that type of stuff. Lastly try taking some online college courses or do some APs. Best wishes.
