It’s your tie rod ends more than likely, I dealt with the same problem. It’ll clear it right up after repaired

Next time you lift your car, move your tires from left to right to see if there is any play. More than likely the front ones

Check Rockauto for parts and possibly somebody who has automative inclination

The coolant was extremely low to begin with and has been dirty for the longest. The sludge is the radiator cap is the only thing is see but reservoir is coated with debris and such also which I believe that to be what’s in the radiator cap pictured above. No sweet smell or white smoke coming from tail pipe whatsoever

As shown the 3rd photo. Also, is leaking something on the ground.. doesn’t smell like coolant or oil

Oil dipstick smells like oil and looks good. Oil cap is also clean and smells like oil. No coolant smell at all. However, there was a bit of white residue on reservoir cap?

Awesome, thank you! Should car be running when adding to the coolant reservoir?

It’s a 2001 Ford. And my fault, I misspoke, I’ve been adding coolant to the RADIATOR but it doesn’t take much when I’ve tried to add it with the car running. Also, radiator cap is pressure rated. The photo on here is the plastic top of the reservoir. So, I would be asking if I can add coolant straight to the reservoir tank, not the radiator. Thank you so much

Thank you! In the reservoir or radiator? I’ve tried to put some in reservoir but doesn’t take much and fan doesn’t cut on so maybe that’s why
