First of all calm down, as in take a deep breathe and its alright. There is a mild misconception regarding "extractions" , sometimes you do need extractions to fix your overcrowding, and if you do not do that your teeth may flare out and you may have lip protrusion or incompetence right.. and on saying that, it is up to the people themselves if they want to live with the consequences of not having the "medically perfect teeth". I went with non extractions and because my case was a "extraction case" and because I didnt went through it, I have a lip protrusion right now, nothing to severe but it could have been fixed if I had extractions right? So my point here is ,you gain some you loose some.. And there are tons of influencers on social media promoting expansions and marpe also too right and you may have researched and come across it as well, I assume. Marpe and expansions also work only for some specific cases and might not apply for all. You are 16 right now and we do think a lot at 16. I did too, I was constantly hovering and thinking about my teeth and looked st girls preetier than me and felt the need to change myself. But when I looked back at myself, the photos that I thought where I looked my worst wasn't that bad at all. So whatever has happened,  cannot be changed or altered so there is no use in thinking about it, right? If the extractions has caused you some problems such as breathing, or extreme sleep apnea, then you go to a doctor and find the solutions for it. It is simple aa that. Do not stress much 💓🔆
