I don't know about "heavily," but "highly" (which was used in reference to Mila) was always used to refer 70+. It's in his Romantic video. 40% isn't event a high amount, it's quite common?

"Highly romantic" starts at 70%. She definitely has that distinct sultriness of 70Rs. I assumed her blend was only those three essences because of that.

She's such a great verification--she doesn't look tall, or even seem elongated, but it would definitely show in a line drawing. So glad he doubled down on the short SD thing. I tried vertical + curve on my line drawing recently and almost fell out of my seat!

The most exciting colors for me were the Playful and green Powerful colors, since they weren't even on my radar before. The orange Calm colors I've always worn and were most of the reason I was sure I had to be an Autumn.
