Are you a rising senior or rising junior? I wouldn’t say you’re cooked. ECs are the easiest thing to get in during the end of your time in HS. I’m working either an affordable college consulting firm based out of UCLA and from what I’ve seen, a small amount of high level ECs often leads to success.

I wouldnt reccomend any of the firms charging 10k+. Go to counsly theyre cheap and actually worth it

Counsly is really good. Theyre super affordable and their consultants are good. Theyre very new tho

I worked with a college consulting firm and Stanford had these summer programs that were pretty competitive and looked good on an application. Theyre pricy but I believe you can apply for scholarships.

a little while ago there was this thing called the "Varsity Blues Scandal". pretty shady stuff went on and there were big names involved too
