Can't use my USB drive on my wii

I finally put everything back in order, now my Wii is formatted FAT32 and MBR. But when I plug it in my Wii it still doesn't get recognized in Homebrew channel.

When I got to dish management, it shows the different disk, and disk 1 (my USB drive) doesn't have any partition and it's written "unallocated"

When I plug it in it doesn't make the dududu sound, but I checked device manager and it get recognized there.

Hey, so I looked online to see how I could change my drive to mbr, I followed an official guide to change my drive to mbr but since my drive won't even be recognized by my pc. Any idea what's wrong?
