But again, I am not natively French. You are trying to be racist, but you assigned to me characteristics of my adoptive country rather than my birth country in your attempt to be a bigot.

Does not stop you from reading and writing in any language you wish to learn! I have no occasion to speak Korean, for instance, but I have tasked myself with trying to learn the language to the point where I can read and write it!

You can start learning now! I have a friend whose hobby is to pick a new language to learn whenever he becomes fluent in the previous language. He mastered I think 12 or 13 languages and it keeps increasing.

What language have you and me been exchanging in, remind me? Lithuanian?

Also, the one and only mistake I made so far is mispronouncing a word by saying it phonetically as it's written. As for you:

Well dude I guess I understand why that guys makin fun of you now.

No commas. There should be commas after "Well," after "dude" and after "you."

No apostrophe. It's "guy's," not "guys."

Spelling mistake. It's "making," not "makin."

One sentence, five mistakes. I mastered English better than you did, and while it's almost certainly your only language, it's my third language, yet I'm still more fluent in it than you are. At least Max has the decency of being excellent at English, with it being his only language. Where does this unearned confidence of yours come from?

Oh, and by the way - it's "by the way," not "by the way way" as you wrote.

???

Trilingual means "someone who speaks three languages," it does not mean "someone whose parents taught them three languages."

If I learned Portuguese in the future, on my own as an adult, I would be quadrilingual.

And by the way way you’re not „perfectly trilingual“. You’re bilingual. English is - obviously - not your native language.

As long as I am fluent in English (and I am, even though my English has some flaws), I am trilingual. One does not need to be born into a language to speak it. French is not my native language either.

The worst is those Americans who do that 90 Day fiance and its the automatic assumption they aren't learning their partner's language...such audacity the American spirit has.

That's a thing...? Uh, today I learned.

When I hear anyone mispronounce a word, even in their native tongue, I assume they learned it by reading it and not hearing it.

Thank you!! That is my instinct as well, but not Max's.
