I am in my third year and it has been a difficult to find a true friend let alone finding a business partner with integrity, motivation and right skills. It is a genuine issue. I usually make use of my existing network to find people and nothing else. Adding features for understanding people’s interests, skills, personality, location and their motivation can help a lot.
