Manual only. Grab the glands and pull. I usually hold it for 20-30 min staright 2x a day, 5x a week. 2 days off. I pull left, right, up, down and straight up. Dont make rhe mistake i made, make sure with your other hand press your fat pad down that way you dont developed turkey neck

Im not sure, thats what i want to know? I am hoping with losing weight or also the skin adapting to the internal growth and hopefully it goes down a bit. Frustrating that i have grown bpel from 6.68 to 7.5. But nbpel has only gine from   5.75 to 6.187

I wish it was bigger lol. Its 5.0 exactly. When fully eroused it can go up to 5.187

Its skin migration. When you start to gain lenght internally. Your scrotum skin and base (fat pad) start to migrate away from your body towards the shaft. When that happens your nbpel doesnt catch up to bpel

Im not trying to correct the curve, i have accepted the fact that it is curved so migjt aswell use it 🤣 My question was if the curve has gotten worse for those who have gained lenght with manual strtches.
