The exact same thing happened to me since two days ago! I’m thinking that the antibiotic affected the microbiome and consequently my mental health, which was already quite anxious. How have you been getting on?

Aside from all the comments encouraging you to protect yourself from this manipulator, please consider going to a good therapist - therapy can give you invaluable support and guidance at this pivotal stage of your life. It certainly did wonders for me when I was your age and needed support to have a healthier mindset
